We designed this course for people comfortable in the water (able to swim 200m non-stop), confident submerging their head for a few seconds, and enthusiastic about discovering freediving.
Learn the core breathing and relaxation techniques used by freedivers to extend the time spent underwater in a safe way.
Get the skills that will improve your comfort and safe progress underwater. And learn what’s going on in your body when you hold your breath and why you should “never freedive alone” by becoming an observant and confident training buddy.
Altogether the course will provide you with the knowledge to practice freediving in a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable way. Welcome to the tribe !
The fun part about this course is . . . well, just about all of it because learning to freedive is incredible!
